Lone Star Smokeout Parking Guide: Lots, Passes, and What to Know
Lone Star Smokeout parking: everything you need to know before festival weekend at AT&T Stadium.
Lone Star Smokeout parking works differently than a regular AT&T Stadium event — this is a three-day festival held in the stadium’s own parking lots, not inside the building, so the lot you’re driving into is part of the festival grounds itself. You can also compare options on SpotHero before committing to a SeatGeek pass.
Which lots, and how to buy
Note that the festival grounds themselves (stages, BBQ pits, vendor areas) take over a separate lot from the ones used for attendee parking — sources differ on the exact lot number, so don’t assume your parking lot is the same lot the festival is happening in. Follow the signage and your SeatGeek pass for the correct walk-in route.
Platinum ticket holders get reserved parking included as part of that package — no separate pass needed if you’ve already got a Platinum ticket.
Cashless, every time
Parking, food, drinks, and retail are all cashless at Lone Star Smokeout — credit card or mobile pay only. Don’t plan on paying for parking with cash at the lot.
Gates and timing
Past years have had gates open around 1 PM each festival day, with lots opening roughly 2–3 hours before that. Arrive early on the first day especially — first-year crowds underestimated how long the walk-in process took from the lots to the festival grounds.
In-and-out privileges
Leaving and re-entering the festival on the same day is permitted across all ticket levels, which also means you can move your car or step out without losing your spot in the lot.
Alternatives if Lots 12–14 sell out
- The rest of AT&T Stadium’s lot system (see our full AT&T Stadium parking guide) — you’ll just have a longer walk to the festival entrance
- Downtown Arlington restaurant shuttles — some venues run round-trip shuttles to AT&T Stadium for events; check individual restaurants for event-specific shuttle times
- The Arlington ISD Dr. Marcelo Cavazos Center for Visual & Performing Arts, which offers parking for AT&T Stadium events
Bag and accessibility notes that affect what you bring from your car
AT&T Stadium’s bag policy applies to the festival too — no foldable chairs, beach chairs, or picnic blankets, and bags are limited to small clutch size (4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller). Accessible parking, drop-off, and pick-up areas are available; AT&T Stadium is built with full accessibility for guests with disabilities.
2027 Lone Star Smokeout
Dates and lineup for the 2027 festival haven’t been announced yet — the festival has run in spring each year so far (May 2–4, 2025; April 24–26, 2026). [Update this block as soon as 2027 dates and parking pass links go live.]
Book your lot pass once tickets open: check parking options on SpotHero, or buy directly through SeatGeek when passes for Lots 12–14 go on sale.
FAQ
Can I buy a parking pass at the gate? No — all Lone Star Smokeout parking must be purchased in advance through SeatGeek.
Is tailgating allowed? The festival itself takes place in the lots, so it functions like one big organized tailgate — but check the current year’s specific policy before bringing your own grill setup, since rules can change year to year.
What if I have a 3-day pass? Confirm whether your parking pass covers all three days or needs to be purchased per day — this has varied by ticket tier in past years.
Does my AT&T Stadium parking knowledge transfer? Partially — the lot numbers and cashless system are the same, but festival-specific lots (12, 13, 14) and the SeatGeek-only purchase rule are unique to Smokeout. See our AT&T Stadium parking guide for the year-round rules.
